In the Duvall Visitor Center on Main Street in Duvall, WA.
Vendor fee will be $30 for a 6 foot table space. Vendor fees have been kept to a minimum to encourage local artists to participate. If you are interested, please message me or email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will send a Vendor Application with pertinent information to you. This is a juried event, so please include a photo of the items you would like to sell.

The Duvall Civic Club Annual Mother’s Day Plant & Garden Art Sale is on May 9th.
As many of you know, this is THE premier plant sale in the valley with over 45 years of tradition and returning customers.
This year the Spring Market with The Valley Chicks, showcasing Snoqualmie Valley artists will be in the space upstairs in the old Library Building. The combined markets will draw a larger than usual audience and customers to both locations.
There is also, a new pricing structure for vendors for this event. It is a flat fee of $35 this year.

The Plant and Garden Art Sale was a great success. Thank you to all our volunteers, vendors and members for all their hard work on Saturday. We would also like to thank the community for supporting the Duvall Civic Club by attending the event! Now we start all over again and start planning for next year…see you there!
The 46th Annual Duvall Civic Club Plant Sale will be held on Saturday, May 10 from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. The sale takes place behind the old Duvall Library on Riverside Avenue in downtown Duvall and will include a variety of perennials, veggie starts, herbs, annual flower starts, ground cover, and more, as well as children’s activities and booths selling gardening-related items.
The Civic Club uses proceeds from the plant sale to pay for scholarships for Cedarcrest High School students and help fund community services such as the SnoValley Senior Center, Hopelink, the Duvall Library, the Riverview School District, and Summerstage performances.
We would love to have your plant donations! If you have plants you would like to donate to the sale, you can drop them off with Civic Club volunteers. Contact Claire at 206-371-4579 for drop-off locations and information. The plant sale includes outdoor plants only, and all plants need to be potted.

The Duvall Civic Club’s 46th Annual Plant & Garden Art Sale is Saturday, May 10. The sale is held every year behind the Duvall Visitor Center in the parking lot along Riverside, which is closed off to vehicle traffic that day.
We hope you can participate.
The 2014 Vendor Application with Event Details is attached below. We have 20 spaces. Outside of plants, we do try to limit categories in order to ensure everyone’s success so please try to get your application in as soon as possible. Booths offering plants, garden art, floral, garden or nature themed items are preferred for most of the booths. Our Artisan vendors have been very creative in the past in efforts at incorporating a nature or botanical theme in their offerings. 2013 Vendors are not required to submit photographs of their work but new vendors are asked to please include (non-returnable) photos, copies or a website link showing your work in with your application and check by April 13, 2014. Most of our vendors return so we usually only have a handful of open spaces available each year but you will be notified of your status as a vendor by the third week in April.

There will be a multitude of different kinds of arts & crafts from our local vendors, including jewelry, pottery, glassware and more.
There will also be Santa pictures and letters to Santa will be answered.
Baked goods will also be available for sale from many of our talented community members.
